Deadline for name, distance, and heat changes
Do you want to change the name, distance or heat of your registration beforehand? Then you need to let us know before Thursday, August 17th.

This year, we have a strict deadline for making changes to your name, distance, and heat prior to the event. The reason is that it involves significant administrative work for us to make changes once you have received your start number.
You can change your name, distance, and heat by logging into your profile on Sportstiming. If this raises any questions, please feel free to contact Event Coordinator Nicklaus DeWitt Fordham at copenhagenswim@svoem.dk
The deadline for name, distance, and heat changes is Thursday, August 17th, at 12:00 PM.
If you wish to change your name, distance, or heat for your registration after this date, it can only be done by physically visiting the registration tent during its opening hours.
Registration tent opening hours:
Thursday, August 24th: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Friday, August 25th: 12:00 PM - 7:35 PM
Saturday, August 26th: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM
