4x500 m (Krüger Relay) Teams of four swimmers must swim 500m each.
REMA 1000-meter The perfect distance for new open water swimmers.
2.000 m The traditional 2.000 m-distance. You race to become the fastest in your age group.
2,000 m (elite) The traditional 2,000 m-distance. As an elite swimmer, you race to be one of the 3 fastest men or women.
2,000 m (speedos only) The traditional 2,000 meter distance. Wetsuits are not permitted in the speedos only heat.
2,000 m (rolling start) The traditional 2,000 meter distance. You are allocated a 15-minute time slot, and can start when you want in this slot.
2,000 m (by night) Each swimmer has a swim buoy illuminated by a lantern. We swim together and light up the canals. This is NOT a race, but a social swim.
10,000 m This is for the skilled open water swimmer, who love the extreme and just can’t get enough of swimming around Christiansborg.
