  • Start and finish at the center of Copenhagen in front of the Danish. National Library.
  • Arranged by SvømDanmark - the Danish Swimming Federation.
  • Participants are able to rent a wetsuit.

4x500 m (Krüger Relay) Teams of four swimmers are swimming 500 m each.
1.000 m The perfect distance for new open water swimmers.
2.000 m (recreational) The traditional 2.000 m-distance. As a recreational swimmer you race to become the fastest in your age group.
2.000 m (elite) The traditional 2.000 m-distance. As an elite swimmer you race to be one of the 3 fastest men or women.
2.000 m (speedo's only) The traditional 2.000 m-distance. In the speedo's only-heat it's not allowed to swim in a wetsuit.
2.000 m (start when you want) The traditional 2.000 m-distance. You have a 15-minute time slot, in which you can start when you want.
2.000 m (by night) Each swimmer has a luminescent swim buoy, and together we light up the canals. This is NOT a race, but a social swim.
10.000 m This is for the skilled open water swimmer, who loves the extreme and just can’t get enough of swimming around Christiansborg.
