Your children can play and learn lifesaving skills while you swim

TrygFonden's skilled lifeguards are ready to teach your children lifesaving through fun activities. This takes place on Saturday at the TrygFonden Copenhagen Swim.

Your children can play and learn lifesaving skills while you swim

Children can enjoy learning lifesaving skills for free on the event site while the event is taking place. Skilled lifeguards from TrygFonden Coastal Rescue will be ready to teach at the iconic lifeguard tower.

Lifesaving isn’t just for professionals in uniform; it’s also a fun activity and an essential skill for all of us living in a country surrounded by water.

The lifeguards will use the equipment at the lifeguard tower for fun exercises, allowing young water enthusiasts to easily practice rescuing themselves and others in a safe environment. The activities will take place both on land and in the water, with limited spots available.

The lifeguards will set up a three-meter-deep pool in the canal with a netted bottom, so it’s important that children can swim. Wetsuits will be available for the children to borrow.

The activities will take place on Friday from 14:30 to 19:30 and on Saturday from 9:30 to 16:00.

Bring your kids for a fun and educational day. Or visit one of the many swimming pools where TrygFonden has a lifeguard tower equipped with gear that your children can freely use to play and learn.
